You may hear Sudden referred to from time to time as a “boutique agency”, but what does it really mean? We don’t style hair or sell fashion accessories. It seems to imply cute, special, unique, out-of-the-ordinary, eclectic, trendy, elite, highly specialized, and intentionally small. We can’t say that Sudden is any of these things, though you may find a little bit of each of these qualities within our business. If a S.W.A.T team can be considered a “boutique” army, then I guess Sudden can be considered a “boutique” agency.
